1. Agreement to These Terms

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

If you are a minor under the laws that apply to you, typically under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Our Services

The App allows users to create, view, and share visual height comparisons and related content. The information and tools provided through the Services are intended for general entertainment and reference purposes only, and are not a substitute for professional measurement, medical, or scientific advice.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If you access the Services from a location outside the country in which they are operated, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

4. User Representations

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • Any information you provide to us, including during registration, is accurate, current, and complete;

  • You will keep that information up to date;

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;

  • You will not access the Services using bots, scripts, or other automated, non human methods; and

  • Your use of the Services will not violate any law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.

If we learn that the information you provided is false or misleading, we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. User Registration and Accounts

Some features may require you to register for an account. When you do, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete details;

  • Keep your login credentials confidential;

  • Take responsibility for all activity that happens under your account; and

  • Notify us promptly at info@easyheightcomparison.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may refuse, reclaim, or change a username that we consider inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of someone else's rights.

6. Purchases and Payment

If the Services currently or in the future offer paid features, products, or upgrades, the following applies: you agree to provide accurate billing information, and you authorize us (or our designated payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts owed. Prices may change at any time, and applicable taxes will be added where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or decline any transaction at our discretion.

This section applies only to the extent the Services include purchasable features; remove or update it if no payment functionality is offered.

7. Subscriptions

If any part of the Services is offered on a subscription basis, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it beforehand through your account settings. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless required by law, payments already made are non refundable. We may change subscription fees going forward, and we will give you reasonable notice before any new charge takes effect.

This section applies only if subscription features exist within the Services; remove or update it otherwise.

8. License to Use the App

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, noncommercial purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you and may be withdrawn at any time for violations of these Terms.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services, nor to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data mining methods to access or extract content from the App;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any restricted areas of the Services;

  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;

  • Overload, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on our servers or network;

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;

  • Harvest information about other users without their consent;

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person; or

  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any access, security, or usage restriction we have put in place.

Violating this section may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where warranted, a report to law enforcement.

10. User Generated Content

If the Services allow you to upload or share content such as height data, images, or comments ("User Content"), you remain the owner of what you submit. You alone are responsible for it, and by submitting User Content you confirm that:

  • You own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it;

  • It does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;

  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; and

  • It does not involve or depict any minor in a way that violates applicable child protection laws.

We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we may review, edit, restrict, or remove it at our discretion, particularly where we believe it breaches these Terms or the law.

11. License You Grant to Us

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services. This license ends when you remove the content, except to the extent it has already been shared with others or is retained in routine backups.

12. Social Media and Third Party Accounts

If the Services let you connect a third party account, such as a social media profile, to your account, you authorize us to access certain information from that account as permitted by the relevant third party platform, solely to provide that connected functionality. Your relationship with that third party platform is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked account. You can disconnect a linked account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

13. Advertisers and Sponsored Content

The Services may display advertisements or sponsored content from third parties. We provide the space for these placements but have no other relationship with the advertisers themselves, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any product, service, or claim made in third party advertising. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

14. Services Management and Modifications

We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to monitor the Services for misuse, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and the experience of other users. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance or technical reasons, without notice and without liability to you for any resulting interruption or loss of access.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other content that make up the Services, apart from User Content, belong to Easy Height Comparison LTD or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Except for the limited license described in Section 8, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in the Services to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily share with us about the Services may be used by us freely, without restriction or compensation to you.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use, store, and protect it. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described there.

17. Copyright Infringement Notices

We will review valid notices and may remove or restrict access to the reported material.

18. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion, including if we discontinue the Services altogether.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue beyond termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will remain in effect after your access ends.

19. Disclaimers and Corrections

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update information at any time, without prior notice and without liability for any inconvenience this may cause.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY HEIGHT COMPARISON LTD, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL THEORY INVOLVED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID US DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Height Comparison LTD and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.

22. User Data

We maintain certain data you transmit through the Services for the purpose of operating and improving them. While we perform routine backups, you remain solely responsible for any data you submit or generate through your use of the Services, and you agree that we have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of that data, except as required by applicable law.

23. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email or through notices posted within the App. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Easy Height Comparison LTD is registered and operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at info@easyheightcomparison.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Easy Height Comparison LTD is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.

26. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be treated as a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our consent; we may assign our own rights and obligations freely. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between you and us through these Terms or your use of the Services. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
