I'm a dad of two, and the idea for this site actually came from one of my kids' school projects. They were comparing their heights with friends and cousins, and watching how excited they got over a few extra inches made me want to build something the whole family could enjoy together.
With this tool, you're not limited to comparing yourself with other people. You can also stack yourself up against landmarks, towers, animals, or everyday objects, because everyone secretly wants to know how they measure up to a giraffe or the Eiffel Tower.
How It Works
Using the tool is simple. Just enter a height in centimeters or feet, and it will automatically convert and display both units on the chart. Click "Add Person" to bring that height into the comparison view.
Once added, you can:
Drag any silhouette to reposition it on the chart
Change the color of each silhouette to keep things easy to tell apart
Click on a name in the list to edit that person's name or height
Remove anyone from the chart with a single click
Add everyday objects like a car, door, couch, or closet for extra context
Add a circle or rectangle and adjust its size to compare custom dimensions
The chart displays measurements in both centimeters and feet at the same time, so you never have to guess or convert anything yourself.
